Therapy for the curious mind

You want to feel connected, safe, and seen. But letting your guard down feels impossible.

Somewhere along the way, you learned to survive by staying small, quiet, or in control. That intelligence protected you once. Now it feels like a barrier.

In our work together, we gently loosen what no longer serves you and invite in what you have always longed for — truth, tenderness, and the ability to be fully met.

Your essence is not something to fix. It is something to come home to.

Looking for a therapist who gets it?

I hold space for the parts of you that feel too big, too sensitive, or too much.

My approach blends modern psychotherapy with spiritual insight. I draw from EMDR, DBT, somatic exploration, and Reiki to support your healing — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Whether you are moving through trauma, burnout, grief, or simply longing for something real, I meet you exactly where you are, with presence and without judgment.

Psychotherapy Sessions

Therapy is not just a place to talk. It is a place to return to yourself.

Together, we explore what has felt too much to carry alone. We listen for the quiet parts. We name what hurts. We tend to what is ready to heal.

Psychotherapy helps shift emotional, relational, and psychological patterns using evidence-based approaches and grounded presence.

The goal is not perfection.
It is reconnection — to yourself, your values, your aliveness.

The goal of therapy is to support relief from distress, foster meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others, and create space for personal growth and deeper self-understanding.

Areas I Support:

Each person arrives with their own story, shaped by pain, resilience, and a longing to feel whole. These are the areas I commonly support, always through a trauma-informed and compassionate lens.

Emotional Distress and Regulation

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief and Loss

  • ADHD and emotional overwhelm

Trauma and Recovery

  • Developmental Trauma

  • Complex or Intergenerational Trauma

  • Childhood Sexual Trauma

  • Maternal and Birth Trauma

Relational and Attachment Wounds

  • Relational Difficulties

  • Parenting while Healing

  • Identity and Belonging

Coping and Resilience

These experiences are more than symptoms — they are adaptations to pain. In our work together, we honour what helped you survive while supporting what will help you thrive.

What to Expect

Therapy begins with connection, not pressure.

In our first session, we will take time to settle in. We will explore what feels present for you and begin shaping a path that supports your healing, values, and pace. There is room to be unsure, to pause, and to unfold at the rhythm that feels right for you.

Sessions are available in 55 or 85 minute formats. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to create consistency and build trust. We can adjust the frequency over time based on what you need and what life is asking of you.

This is a collaborative space where your experiences are met with care and attunement..

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged in full.

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control the sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.

- Carl Rogers

  • 55 min sessions are $180.80 and 85 min sessions are $250

  • I work with folks who are grappling with identity questions. I work with those who have experienced developmental trauma and single event trauma. I also work with individuals who are wanting to level up their life and explore what is in the way of them living with contentment. I offer psychotherapy across Ontario.

  • All sessions are held virtually through a secure HIPAA compliant online platform.

  • Sessions are fully confidential unless you are thinking of harming yourself or harming others—I am required by law to report that. I am also required to report if you share with me the knowledge of any physical and/or sexual abuse of a minor by an adult, or of an elderly or disabled person.

I am also required to report any sexual misconduct of a mental health professional to their College.

All else stays between you and I.

  • Starting out we will meet once a week. As you progress, I recommend we meet twice a month, moving on to monthly or sessions on call.

  • To assess our compatibility, I provide a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation. This allows you to get to know me and my approach, and ask questions. While I am honored to work with you, it’s important to actually enjoy and resonate with the person you choose as your therapist. For that reason, I invite you to see the options you have available. I believe the universe will always nudge you in the right direction.

  • Some insurance plans cover the cost associated with seeing a Registered Psychotherapist. I invite you to check with your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

If your plan covers psychotherapy, you will simply need to submit a receipt for reimbursement.

  • E-transfer following each session is the preferred method of payment. I also accept credit card payments through Stripe.
