As a registered psychotherapist, I strongly believe in fostering a heart-centered and collaborative approach to establish a robust therapeutic alliance. My training encompasses various evidence-based modalities and techniques tailored to address each client's unique therapeutic requirements.

Additionally, I am a Reiki Grandmaster. I've found that integrating energy medicine with clinical interventions can be remarkably effective.

Central to my practice is ensuring that every client feels genuinely heard, seen, and comprehended. I possess the ability to step back and view their mental and emotional challenges from a holistic perspective, working together to discern the underlying roots of their presenting issues. My focus extends to the entirety of their being, aiding them in healing and integrating on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
